Management Company Ltd. agreed to allow full applied amount
i.e. BDT 5.00 crore as sponsor share in favour of Uttara
Finance and Investments Limited subject to the 'LR Global
Bangladesh Mutual Fund One' being duly approved by the SEC and
other regulatory authorities.
